Delivery Policy
Where Natsay Myanmar delivers medicines and medical supplies, how delivery fees are calculated by zone and province, and what to check when the parcel arrives.

1. What this policy covers
This policy explains where Natsay Myanmar delivers medicines, vitamins, and medical supplies in Myanmar, how the delivery fee is worked out, and what happens when an order is on the way.
It sits alongside our Terms and Conditions. If a mandatory rule of Myanmar law gives you a stronger right, that rule applies. The Consumer Protection Law (2019) still covers goods that arrive damaged, wrong, or not as described.
2. Where we deliver
Delivery is available to the zones and provinces listed at checkout. Choose the zone first, then the province, and enter the street address and a phone number where you, or a person you authorise, can be reached.
Coverage depends on the shop selling the product. A shop may deliver to some provinces in a zone and not to others. If the address you choose is outside that shop's area, checkout tells you, and you can change the address or remove that shop's items.
3. How the delivery fee is calculated
The delivery fee is in Myanmar Kyat and is separate from the product price. Checkout shows it before you place the order. A fee of zero is shown as free.
For each shop in your cart, the fee is taken in this order:
- the fee that shop has set for your province;
- if that province has no fee, the fee set for the whole zone;
- if the zone has no fee either, the shop's standard delivery fee.
You pay the delivery fee with the rest of the order, by cash on delivery, KBZ Pay, Wave Pay, or Aya Pay. The amount on the order confirmation is the amount that applies to that order.
4. Orders from more than one shop
When the cart includes products from more than one shop, each shop has its own delivery fee. Checkout adds those fees together.
Parcels from different shops may leave at different times and may arrive separately. Order history shows the status of each part, including when an order is only partly delivered.
6. How medicines are sent
Orders are packed so seals, labels, and leaflets stay intact. The pharmacy or supplier prepares the products it is responsible for.
Follow the storage instructions on the label as soon as the parcel arrives, including any instruction to keep a product cool. Tell us before you order if you need a product that must stay cold, so we can confirm the shop can send it to your area.
7. Receiving the order
The courier delivers to the address on the order, or to a person there who can accept it. Have the phone number on the order available. For cash on delivery, payment is collected when the parcel is handed over.
On receipt, check:
- the seals and outer packaging;
- the medicine or product name and the quantity;
- the expiry date;
- any visible damage, leak, or heat damage.
Contact us as soon as you can, and within 48 hours, if something is wrong, missing, expired on arrival, or not as described. Replacement and refund rules are in the Terms and Conditions.
8. If delivery does not succeed
If nobody is available, the courier may try again or call the number on the order. Keep that number reachable on the delivery day.
An order that cannot be delivered because the zone, province, street, or phone number is wrong may be returned to the shop. Sending it again can add a further delivery fee. Contact us with the order reference if you need the address corrected before the next attempt.
9. Delivery time
Any timing shown on the website is an estimate. Stock, payment checks, a prescription check, weather, and transport can change it. We will tell you when a delay is likely to be significant. You can follow the order from order history, from placed through to delivered.
10. Delivery fees on cancellation and refund
If you cancel before dispatch, or we cancel because we cannot fulfil the order, the delivery fee for goods that were not dispatched is refunded with the price of those goods.
If the item is wrong, missing, damaged in transit, or expired on arrival, we refund the related delivery charge together with the price of that item, or we replace it. A delivery fee is not refunded when the parcel was delivered to the address you gave and the goods match the order.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update coverage and fees as shops change the areas they serve. The fee shown at checkout is the fee for that order. The date at the top of this page changes when the policy text changes.
