    Terms and Conditions

    The rules for shopping medicines and medical supplies on Natsay Myanmar, including orders, prescriptions, payment, delivery, and refunds in Myanmar.

    Last updated 5 October 2026

    1. Agreement

    These Terms and Conditions apply when you browse Natsay Myanmar, create an account, or buy medicines, vitamins, medical supplies, or other healthcare products on natsaymyanmar.com.

    Placing an order or creating an account means you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. Together they are an electronic agreement. Under Myanmar's Electronic Transactions Law, an agreement made through a website can be valid and enforceable.

    If a mandatory rule of Myanmar law gives you a protection these terms do not, that rule applies.

    2. Who we are

    Natsay Myanmar operates an online shop for healthcare products in Myanmar. Medicines and related products are offered with licensed pharmacies and verified suppliers. The product page shows the shop you are buying from.

    We are not a hospital, clinic, or emergency service. Content on the website is not a diagnosis and not a personal treatment plan.

    3. Accounts

    You may register and order if you are at least 18 years old, or if a parent or legal guardian is buying for you and accepts these terms.

    Registration uses a working Myanmar phone number. We send a one-time code to that number to confirm it. You are responsible for your password and for orders placed from your account. Tell us promptly at support@natsay.com or 09 123 456 789 if you believe someone else has used your account.

    The details you give — name, phone, and delivery address — must be accurate so we can reach you and deliver the order.

    4. Medicines and health information

    The catalogue may include medicines, vitamins, and medical supplies. Descriptions, prices, pack sizes, and usage notes help you choose a product. They do not replace advice from a doctor, pharmacist, or other qualified health professional.

    Before you use a medicine:

    • Read the label, leaflet, dose, warnings, and expiry date.
    • Follow the instructions of the person who prescribed or dispensed it.
    • Check that it is suitable for you, including allergies, pregnancy, and other medicines you take.
    • After delivery, store it as the label requires, including any cold-storage instructions.

    We do not promise that a product will treat a particular condition. Product text is not a guaranteed cure. Supply and promotion of medicines in Myanmar are subject to the National Drug Law (1992) and the rules of the Department of Food and Drug Administration under the Ministry of Health.

    Prescription-only, narcotic, psychotropic, and other restricted medicines may be supplied only when Myanmar law allows it. We may ask for a valid prescription, limit the quantity, or cancel an order we cannot lawfully fulfil. We do not knowingly sell unregistered, counterfeit, expired, or prohibited medicines.

    If you have severe symptoms, an allergic reaction, or any medical emergency, contact a doctor, hospital, or local emergency service. Do not wait for an online order.

    5. Orders

    A product is offered while stock lasts. Your order is a request to buy. A contract for those goods is formed when we accept the order, which we confirm on screen with an order reference.

    We may decline or cancel an order when:

    • the item is out of stock, mispriced, or no longer available;
    • we cannot verify payment;
    • the delivery address is incomplete or outside the areas we deliver to;
    • a required prescription is missing or not valid;
    • we reasonably believe the order is unlawful, duplicated, or placed for resale without authority;
    • fulfilling it would breach medicine, pharmacy, or consumer-protection rules.

    If we cancel after you have paid, we refund the amount you paid for the cancelled goods, and any delivery fee that applies only to those goods, as described under returns and refunds.

    6. Prices, delivery fees, and tax

    Prices are shown in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) unless a page states another currency. You pay the price shown at checkout, plus the delivery fee for your township or zone, plus any tax the law requires us to add.

    The checkout shows the delivery fee before you place the order. A coupon applies only when checkout accepts the code and shows the discount.

    If a price on the site is an obvious error, we may correct it before dispatch and ask you to confirm or cancel.

    7. Payment

    You can pay by:

    • Cash on delivery
    • KBZ Pay
    • Wave Pay
    • Aya Pay

    For KBZ Pay, Wave Pay, and Aya Pay, you complete the transfer in that app and upload a payment-proof image so we can match it to your order. We prepare dispatch after that proof is accepted. Those apps are run by their own companies, and their terms cover the transfer. We do not receive or store your wallet PIN or password.

    Cash on delivery is collected when the order is handed over. If a cash-on-delivery order is refused without a reason allowed by these terms, we may decline later cash-on-delivery orders on that account.

    8. Delivery

    We deliver to the address you enter, within the provinces, zones, and townships available at checkout. Give a phone number where you, or a person you authorise, can be reached.

    Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to that address, or to a person who reasonably appears authorised to receive it. On receipt, check the parcel: seals, the name of the medicine, the quantity, and any visible damage.

    Delivery times on the website are estimates. Weather, transport, stock, and checks on prescriptions or payments can delay an order. We will tell you if a delay is likely to be significant.

    If nobody is available, the courier may try again or contact you. An order that cannot be delivered because the address or phone number is wrong may be returned, and a further delivery fee can apply.

    Fees, coverage, and what to do on delivery are set out in the Delivery Policy.

    9. Cancellation, returns, and refunds

    You may ask us to cancel before the order is dispatched. Contact us with your order reference. If payment was already verified, we refund the amount paid for goods we have not dispatched.

    After delivery, contact us as soon as you can, and within 48 hours, if:

    • the item is wrong, missing, damaged in transit, or expired on arrival;
    • the seal was already broken when you received it;
    • the product does not match the description on the product page.

    We may ask for photos and the order reference. Where the complaint is valid, we replace the item or refund the price of that item and the related delivery charge, in line with the Consumer Protection Law (2019).

    For patient safety, returned medicines are not put back on sale. We generally cannot accept a return when:

    • the seal or packaging was opened after delivery;
    • the item was stored outside the conditions on the label, including a cold chain that broke after you received it;
    • the product passed its expiry date while you kept it;
    • you changed your mind after delivery of a health product that cannot safely be resold.

    That limit does not remove your remedy when goods are defective, not as described, or not of the quality you were entitled to expect.

    Refunds for wallet payments go back to the account you paid from, or by another method we both agree, after we confirm the original payment. Cash-on-delivery refunds are paid by a transfer you confirm with us. Your bank or wallet may take additional time to show the money.

    10. Your rights as a consumer

    The Consumer Protection Law (2019) applies to goods sold to consumers, including sales made online. You are entitled to goods that are safe, to clear information about the goods and the full price, and to complain and seek a remedy when something is wrong.

    We will:

    • describe products and prices honestly;
    • not knowingly supply counterfeit or prohibited goods;
    • provide an order record you can use as proof of purchase;
    • look into complaints about quality, delivery, and payment.

    You may also take an unresolved consumer complaint to the consumer-protection bodies established under that law.

    11. Acceptable use

    Do not use the website to break the law, upload harmful files, interfere with checkout or other accounts, or place orders with another person's details without permission. Do not resell prescription medicines that were supplied for personal use.

    12. Intellectual property

    The Natsay Myanmar name, logo, site design, and our own text and images belong to us or our licensors. Product names and pack images may belong to the manufacturers. You may use the site for your own shopping. Copying it to run a competing service needs our written permission.

    13. Liability

    We supply the goods you order with reasonable care, and we meet the duties Myanmar law does not allow a shop to set aside. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and your rights under the Consumer Protection Law (2019).

    We are not liable for loss that results from using a medicine against its label or a prescriber's instructions, treating website text as personal medical advice, or giving us an incorrect address or phone number. We are not liable for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disaster, widespread network failure, or an official restriction on movement or supply.

    Where the law allows a cap, our liability for a claim about one order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

    14. Complaints and governing law

    Email support@natsay.com or call 09 123 456 789 with your order reference. We will acknowledge the complaint and work with you to resolve it.

    These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. If we cannot resolve a dispute, it may be brought before the courts of Myanmar or, for a consumer dispute, before the relevant consumer-protection body.

    15. Changes to these terms

    We may update these terms when the service, payment methods, or the law changes. The date at the top of this page will change. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order. Continued use of the website after an update means the new terms apply to later visits and later orders.
